Privacy Policy for Reframe

What we collect

• A device identifier (UUID) stored on your device and in our database. This is used to persist your subscription status and last generated content across reinstalls. It is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
• Subscription status via RevenueCat. RevenueCat's privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.
• Last generated content batch (word, pieces, challenge) stored in our database to restore your experience if you reinstall.

What we do not collect

• Your journal entries, arc history, affirmation recordings, or any personal reflections. These stay on your device and never leave it.
• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
• Location data.

AI and your data

Reframe uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized content. Your prompts — which include your onboarding responses and chat messages — are sent to Anthropic's API via a secure proxy. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data.

We do not store your chat messages or onboarding answers on our servers. They remain on your device.

Data retention

Your device identifier and last generated content batch are retained until you delete your account via the in-app account deletion feature. Account deletion removes all server-side data immediately.
